- Preferred prior experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Exceptional professionalism and communication skills at all levels of the client organization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- People-oriented with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficient in MS Office.
