Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture a strategic partnership with the client by gaining a thorough understanding of their business, strategic goals, processes, and policies.
  • Support employee retention through effective counseling on attendance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain communication and follow up with production supervisors and managers regarding Peak-related matters.
  • Update and manage live spreadsheets and forms.
  • Develop and sustain a talent pipeline that meets the client's needs and production requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred prior experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Exceptional professionalism and communication skills at all levels of the client organization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • People-oriented with a focus on relationship building.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
A Workforce Management Coordinator serves as an onsite extension of the client's HR function, overseeing all aspects of the client’s contingent workforce, including employee relationship development and management of contingent staff. Previous experience in staffing, manufacturing, or light industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
