Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer - LMS Coordinator to join our team at one of our client's frozen food manufacturing facilities in Gaffney, SC. This is a 6-month assignment with a competitive hourly rate of $25.

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course creation, and system configuration.
• Create engaging learning content, including work instructions, training materials, and user guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and design effective learning solutions.
• Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure employees can use the LMS and access learning materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning content and make necessary updates.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning management systems and content creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning content into various platforms and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to learning and development.

• Proven experience in learning management systems administration and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems and proficiency in content creation tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in delivering end-user training and providing technical support.
• Familiarity with digital skills and technologies related to e-learning.
