Job Details

HealthPoint Family Care is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our team in Newport, KY. This role will be responsible for credentialing outpatient multi-specialty providers for government and commercial payers.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete and submit payer applications to ensure timely enrollment.
  • Proactively complete annual credentialing and privileging updates.
  • Maintain electronic databases and CAQH files.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in outpatient/physician office base credentialing.
