Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kontoor Brands, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Embrace our brands by wearing our products at work and demonstrate a passion for our Lee and Wrangler products.
  • Brand Experience: Greet each customer, actively engage them on the sales floor, and assist them in the fitting room.
  • Product Knowledge: Suggest the best products for customers' needs and provide excellent product knowledge.
Operations, Loss Prevention, and Safety
  • Store Operations: Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Loss Prevention: React quickly to customer and associate injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
Visual Merchandising
  • Visual Standards: Follow all directions regarding visual merchandising standards for the store.
Store Culture
  • Teamwork: Respect the background, experience, and unique differences of others, upholding the integrity and values of Kontoor Brands.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and ideas.
Job Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous Experience: Previous retail or service-oriented experience preferred but not required.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results.
  • Communication Skills: Comfortable approaching and initiating conversation with customers.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
Essential Functions
  • Physical Demands: Operate office equipment and technology, stand for up to 8 hours, walk and move to assist customers, lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Visual Requirements: Ability to accurately read labels, assist customers, and tasks that require attention to detail.

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($11.00 - $15.00/hour, $15.50/hour in NY and CO).
