As a Registered Nurse in our Renal Care Unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing acute and chronic kidney conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient's unique needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures with precision and care.
- Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately using electronic health records.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care, including discharge planning.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or a Compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
