Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Local Contract Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit. As a PCU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting
- Appropriate certifications as required for the specific position
- Every other weekend requirement
- Commitment of 36 hours per week
Benefits:
- Weekly direct deposit
- Contracts, Per Diem, and Blocked booking possible where available
