Schedule: Part-time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Coaches will be assigned 4-hour shifts)

Your Responsibilities
  • Facilitate structured games and activities based on the Elevo curriculum.
  • Engage students in sports and recreational activities.
  • Support students' behavioral management needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with school staff and fellow coaches.
  • Lead outdoor lessons that inspire enthusiasm for learning.
  • Act as a positive role model, fostering self-esteem and emotional wellness among students.

Qualifications
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school children.
  • Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and take initiative as needed.
  • Approachable, empathetic, and patient, with the ability to build trust with students.
  • Exhibit confidence as a leader and a positive role model.
  • Connect with students to create positive learning experiences.
  • Pay attention to student needs and adjust activities accordingly.
  • Ensure activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently within set timeframes.

Additional Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and successful completion of a background check.
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or related fields preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Willingness to adhere to health protocols as required.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform the following activities with or without accommodation:

  • Frequent movement to accomplish tasks or transition between locations.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional running and engaging in physically demanding activities.
