Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reporting on the Management Plan for assigned assets. This includes regularly inspecting facilities and equipment to review inventory and property condition, and determining the extent of service and equipment required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate or property management, with a minimum of five years of experience in the field.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.
  • Real Estate Broker's License required.
  • Minimum five years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
  • Minimum three years of people-management experience.
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiations, documentation, and administration.
  • Strong communication and mathematical skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Physical Work Requirements and Work Conditions:

  • The Senior Property Manager will be required to sit for long periods of time and frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Lifting a minimum of thirty-five pounds is also required.
