We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Military Finance Analyst to join our team at Adtalem Global Education. Key Responsibilities- Financial Transaction Processing: Utilize various systems to process Direct Bill, VA, and account receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide responsive and professional communication to internal customers and external agencies, resolving student debt/balance concerns in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Regulations: Demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance and regulations, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in the implementation of changes to enhance current methods.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various Adtalem Global Education functions, applying a strong knowledge of military, finance, and higher education policies to assist in the resolution of student account concerns.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or related experience is preferred.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and analytical skills are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, various web-based applications, and database software is required.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $17.15 to $27.36, adjusted based on job-related factors.
