Your Responsibilities
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by your supervisor
  • Exhibit reliability in attendance, task completion, and adaptability to meet operational demands
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a constructive manner
  • Ensure equipment functionality by adhering to operational guidelines; troubleshooting issues; maintaining inventory; performing preventive maintenance; and requesting repairs as necessary

Qualifications Required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods in an industrial setting, with exposure to various weather conditions
  • Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed, often with little notice
  • Capability to perform a variety of physical tasks, including pulling, reaching, bending, climbing, and kneeling
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical wiring, and heavy machinery maintenance
  • Proficient in interpreting technical documents, schematics, and service manuals
  • Valid driver's license
  • Skills in welding, cutting, and fabrication
Educational Background
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is mandatory
