About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Work closely with the Sales Representatives to understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Track client interactions and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Research team to gather key research topics and share them with interested clients.
Requirements
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification or at least a BA/BS from a top-tier university.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful client relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple complex client interactions.
