About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Advocate to join our team at LogicManager. As a Senior Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for the full customer acquisition lifecycle, working with inbound leads to clarify their needs and priorities, and championing their business case to help them solve problems with our LogicManager software solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and develop solutions
  • Provide product demonstrations and champion the customer's business case
  • Work with inbound leads to clarify their needs and priorities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements
  • College degree in any major
  • 5 years experience in a sales role
  • Enterprise or consultative selling experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Strong reading comprehension and critical reasoning
  • Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility
  • Have a sharp focus on your goals and accountability for daily, weekly and monthly activities to achieve them
