About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at BOARD International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic planning, account management, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers to ensure they are achieving their goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
