Role Responsibilities:

As the Gummy Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production of gummy supplements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Production Management: Leading gummy production activities during your shift while ensuring cleanliness and organization in the production area.
  • Safety & Quality Compliance: Upholding safety and quality standards, verifying equipment functionality, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Assigning tasks to production operators and providing ongoing support and development for the team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and Batch Record Manufacturing.
  • Quality Control: Reviewing process controls, parameters, and batch records to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Effective Communication: Coordinating daily updates with adjacent shift leadership to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.

Qualifications for the Role:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting, preferably within an FDA-regulated environment.
  • Previous experience leading a production team in a GMP-compliant facility.
