Position Summary:
The Assembler will engage in a variety of tasks, focusing on the preparation and assembly of vehicle components and systems. This role involves the installation of parts into vehicles on a dynamic assembly line, alongside conducting inspections to uphold quality standards. The following outlines the essential responsibilities of the Assembler position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate an array of tools, including power tools and production equipment.
  • Complete necessary documentation for production tracking accurately.
  • Read and adhere to established processes and instructions effectively.
  • Execute tasks as directed by Supervisors or Group Leaders.
  • Strictly follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Consistently focus on quality throughout the shift, adhering to applicable standards.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Work overtime as required by production demands.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull weights up to 100 lbs.
  • Capability to bend, twist, kneel, and squat as needed.
  • Stand and walk for the duration of the assigned shift, reaching overhead frequently.
  • Utilize air, power, and vibrating tools, performing strong gripping tasks.
  • Work safely in proximity to moving equipment and industrial tools.
  • Repetitive use of upper extremities is required.
It may be necessary to perform any of these functions for extended periods.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with power, air, torque, and manual tools.
  • Understanding of mechanical and assembly principles.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing assembly is preferred.
