Role Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Oversee gummy production processes during assigned shifts, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the production area.
  • Safety and Quality Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, regularly verifying equipment functionality.
  • Leadership: Assign tasks to production operators and provide ongoing support and development for the team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Batch Record Manufacturing.
  • Quality Control: Review process controls, parameters, and batch records to ensure product integrity.
  • Communication: Facilitate daily updates with shift leadership to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement within the production team.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within an FDA-regulated setting.
  • Prior experience leading a production team in a GMP-compliant facility.
