Sales Growth Opportunity:

Zamma Corporation is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in designated market channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning.

  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement business plans covering sales, revenue growth, expense controls, and meeting targets.
  • Establish Distribution Networks: Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and end-user retail sales.
  • Proactively Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and develop a list of potential clients, proactively identify, locate, and prospect new business leads.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with external customers, sharing knowledge, and being a team player.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Evaluate and learn customer and competitor activities, proposing solutions.
  • Deliver Effective Training Sessions: Conduct product and sales training sessions to meet internal and external customer needs.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership and business development experience.
  • Post-secondary program focusing on business and engineering or combining education and previous sales experience.
  • Experience in the building materials industry, preferably in flooring.
  • Demonstrated business development skills with the ability to identify customer needs and effectively communicate, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills and superior presentation skills required.
  • Established ability to manage multiple priorities and business relationships effectively.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and a CRM program preferred.
  • Able to travel frequently and be away from home for multiple days.
  • Excellent time-management, communications, decision-making, human relations, presentation, and organization skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
