Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining departmental infrastructure, executing company policies and procedures, and supporting department managers in assigned areas of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policies and Procedures: Reinforce company policies and rules, ensuring compliance and adherence among employees.
  • Form Maintenance: Update company forms for style consistency and compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Conduct investigations into employee relations matters and provide coaching as needed.
  • Payroll Management: Manage onboarding for new hires and personnel changes in Paycom, ensuring timely payroll processing.
  • Benefits Administration: Facilitate benefits administration, including open enrollment and entering enrollments and changes through web portals.
  • Policy Development: Draft and update policies, procedures, memos, correspondence, training manuals, and handbooks.
  • Record Management: Manage records for the job description library and update agendas and calendars.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and conduct training and safety programs, providing guidance and training to HR assistants as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of HR administration experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in HRIS and Payroll systems, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and typing skills (50+wpm).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Yoh offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
