Human Resources Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities- Scheduling appointments and preparing necessary paperwork for employees with badging and fingerprinting.
- Distributing email notices for CBP, Badging, and company updates.
- Sorting incoming mail and distributing letters or packages accordingly.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining the office and employee breakroom inventories.
- Answering phone calls from the general line, addressing queries, and forwarding them to the relevant team member.
- Placing orders for cabin cleaning uniforms and managing the inventory.
- Maintaining and distributing HR labor law posters to all stations nationwide.
- Executing banking transactions on behalf of the company.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other computer applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Organizational skills, reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness as a team player.
- A strong ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- A warm, caring, friendly, and pleasant demeanor.
- Punctuality, quick learning abilities, and independence in work.
- *Must have a personal vehicle for work-related tasks, including running errands on behalf of the business.*
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
