Key Responsibilities:- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Support the bar team in maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
- Stock and maintain the bar area, including replenishing supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-organized.
- Collaborate with the bar team to anticipate and meet the needs of our members and guests, ensuring that every request is met with a smile and a sense of urgency.
- Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records to ensure that our bars are always well-stocked and ready for service.
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced F&B environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of colleagues and guests.
- Basic knowledge of mixology and beverage service, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.
