Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
- Leadership and Development: Provide leadership to the restaurant team, ensuring they meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness, while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture and values.
- Profitability and Growth: Ensure the profitability of the business by operating within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllable, utilities, and sales growth.
- Marketing and Community Involvement: Actively participate in local restaurant marketing and community affairs to take advantage of sales and public relations opportunities.
- Public Safety Foundation Initiatives: Implement and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and accomplished on schedule.
- Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work on their feet for up to 13 hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs.
