MSX International is on the lookout for an Operations Coordinator who will oversee the effective delivery, installation, and maintenance of MSX International Express Service prescribed solutions. The Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison with the FCSD Zone Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain direct relationships with assigned dealers.
• Participate in quarterly regional FCSD Organization meetings.
• Assist in planning meetings and Quick Lane launches alongside the launch and performance manager, implementing strategies to meet regional goals.
• Attend Annual Business Plan Meetings.
• Develop and manage Quick Lane Action Plans.
• Conduct Repair Order Analysis as required.
• Create a Quarterly Marketing Plan and ensure adherence.
• Schedule Quarterly Quick Lane Sales Events.
• Ensure the Quick Lane POS is current and properly displayed.
• Collaborate with the Quick Lane Manager to perform periodic Competitive Ad and Price Surveys.
• Review and approve Co-op claims.
• Support Quick Lane in Search Engine Optimization and Landing Page Claiming.
• Monitor and encourage Quick Lane Contest and Incentive performance.
• Manage tire sales processes at each Quick Lane and maintain Tire Screen.
• Assist with TIM Tool setup and monitoring.
• Conduct periodic inventory reviews and arrange for inventory swaps as necessary.
• Establish Good/Better/Best Lineup.
• Ensure adequate Tire Displays and current pricing (Indoor/Outdoor).

Training and Reviews

• Provide on-site training as required, ensuring Quick Lane team completion of all necessary STARS courses.
• Conduct operational reviews during each visit, including Action Plan reviews, KPI and Sales Performance evaluations, Op code usage and submission, Work Flow Processes, Service Times, VCU, and Sales Skills.
• Deliver visit summaries to Dealers, District Operations Managers, and FCSD Region.
• Complete all administrative tasks promptly.
• Operate Quick Lane as needed.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should be highly motivated self-starters with exceptional customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills, demonstrating a strong interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will possess:
• Experience in Aftermarket, preferably in Retail Tire Store Management.
• OEM dealer contact experience is advantageous, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to leverage relationships to identify and advocate for business improvements.
• Skills in analyzing dealer financials and operational assessments to create improvement action plans.
• Experience in implementing service advisor selling systems and overall process enhancement solutions at the aftermarket or retail level.
• Capability to establish and implement effective metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROI.
• Demonstrated proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environment.
• Ability to train and utilize all aspects of Automotive Tire Sales and automotive service sales.
• Competence in influencing sales personnel and technicians during training processes and monitoring outcomes.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Work Environment
