We are expanding our team at World Class Automotive Organization and are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Automotive Customer Cashier in the Dallas - Garland area.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm | Saturdays 9am-2pm or 2pm-9pm on a rotating basis

Role Overview: The primary responsibility of the Automotive Customer Cashier is to manage client paperwork associated with service transactions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction during their service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service documentation efficiently
  • Process payments for services provided
  • Coordinate Technicians' Repair Orders
  • Assist as a backup Service Dispatcher
  • Conclude service repair orders accurately
  • Communicate essential information regarding services performed on clients' vehicles
  • Identify potential client concerns and notify management
  • Handle incoming service inquiries
  • Schedule service appointments effectively
  • Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to identify and address customer concerns
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations
  • Experience with cash and credit card transactions
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Exceptional customer interaction abilities
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer service focus
  • Enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to remain on feet for extended periods
  • All candidates must successfully complete pre-employment assessments, including background checks and drug testing.
