Culinary Operations Supervisor

Position Overview:
The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for fostering community engagement by overseeing and ensuring that all culinary team members deliver personalized guest interactions that cultivate authentic relationships with patrons, resulting in a brand-consistent experience while upholding operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guarantee that our patrons receive courteous and friendly service from all culinary staff.
2. Exemplify exceptional guest service consistently.
3. Meet sales, loss prevention, and profitability targets for the culinary department.
4. Maintain optimal inventory levels and necessary supplies.
5. Manage the department in accordance with stringent merchandising and operational guidelines.
6. Ensure that the quality of products available for sale aligns with company standards.
7. Uphold sanitation and safety protocols throughout the department in compliance with company regulations.
8. Provide direction, onboarding, training, and constructive feedback to ensure culinary staff meet performance expectations.
9. Engage in product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as required to meet standards.
10. Adhere to departmental labor budget and scheduling requirements.
11. Execute all other responsibilities as assigned by management.
12. Conduct public address announcements as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
2. Must actively engage with guests and demonstrate a willingness to create enjoyable experiences.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
4. Capability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
5. Proficient in reading and comprehending information and instructions.
6. Familiarity with culinary operations and standards.
7. Competence in supervising personnel, including training and development.
8. Proven ability and eagerness to learn various tasks and technical aspects of the role.
9. Strong communication, guest service, and sales skills.
10. Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
11. Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended durations.
12. Proficient in effectively communicating with and receiving direction from supervisors.
13. Competent in utilizing computer systems.
