  • Food Preparation: Prepare all required items in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls.
  • Prep Lists: Follow and execute prep lists daily to ensure efficient food preparation.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all food products in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the server team to ensure that food orders are accurate and minimize food waste and theft.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean food preparation area and equipment after each use.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Guest Service: Provide a professional image at all times through proper Cinemark culinary attire and ensure that standard operating procedures are consistently achieved.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Certifications: Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attendance: Requires regular and consistent attendance.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift and provides excellent Guest service.
  • Communication: Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Work Environment: Frequent standing, walking, and reaching around the theater.
