Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Prospect and secure new client appointments through targeted telemarketing, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored sales solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales programs and services.
  • Meet or exceed prospecting activity expectations as determined by Sales Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
  • Proven track record of success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
