  • Ability to collaborate effectively with retail sales colleagues at all levels, contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience across various business segments (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store setting, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a results-oriented focus.
  • Building rapport with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
  • Consistently applying benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encouraging and participating in team selling to positively influence store sales volume and metrics.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, setup, and other store-related tasks, including conducting merchandise inventory counts.
  • Operating the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise or supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.


The starting pay range for this position is competitive and may increase based on merit, length of service with the company, and other relevant factors.

We consider an individual's skills, background, and experience when determining final compensation. Base pay information is influenced by market location and may be subject to applicable wage laws.

There may be opportunities to voluntarily work across multiple store locations and brands.
