Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer, from beginners to experienced riders, enjoys a remarkable shopping experience. You will be expected to maintain extensive product knowledge and share insights about product features and advantages.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
  • Educate customers on our diverse range of products, helping them understand the differences between our offerings.
  • Engage with the community through events and initiatives to drive customer traffic.
  • Represent our brand at various events, including motorcycle shows and races.
  • Meet and exceed daily sales targets in a friendly and competitive environment.
  • Maintain store presentation by organizing, cleaning, and restocking merchandise according to visual standards.
  • Stay informed about our products, company updates, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product sales.
  • A positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to providing personalized service.
  • Willingness to learn and engage with the motorcycle community.
  • Familiarity with computers and POS systems is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in motorcycles is highly desirable.
