  • Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow retail sales associates and contribute positively to the workplace atmosphere
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience across various sectors (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within the store, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging as a member of a high-performing team, emphasizing trust, commitment, and results.
  • Building rapport with customers from the initial greeting to post-sale follow-up.
  • Consistently applying proven selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encouraging teamwork and contributing to the achievement of store sales targets and metrics.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and other related projects, including conducting inventory counts.
  • Managing transactions at the cash register during sales.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise, and distinguish between various fabric patterns and colors.


The starting pay range for this position is competitive and may increase based on merit, tenure with the company, and other relevant factors.

We consider individual skills, backgrounds, and experiences when determining final compensation. Base pay is influenced by market location and may be subject to applicable wage laws.

Opportunities may arise to work across multiple store locations and brands.
