Veterinary Technician Radiation Oncology Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Technician to join our Radiation Oncology team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing appointments, managing clients, and participating in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtaining and processing laboratory samples such as blood, urine, free fluid, and fine needle aspirates.
- Utilizing different modalities of imaging for patient and procedural assessment.
- Executing and monitoring sedation and anesthetic events.
- Providing empathy, comfort, and nursing care to patients.
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring patient safety.
- Providing client communication and education on oncology disease processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in radiation oncology preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years in progressive veterinary hospital required.
- Experienced VA or RVT preferred.
