About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Director to join our Human Capital Advisory - Advisory Services practice at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering healthcare strategy, transformation, and innovation projects that span aspects of healthcare, including workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver healthcare strategy, transformation, and innovation projects that span aspects of healthcare, including workforce management.
- Own and lead client projects focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation, building strategic roadmaps and implementing them with particular attention to workforce management.
- Lead and communicate regularly with project teams and representatives from various functional teams, including escalating any matters that require additional analysis.
- Plan and facilitate strategic design sessions working with health executives and leadership.
- Develop high-quality work products utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data as directed, for presentation to clients and demonstrate problem-solving skills through critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, intellectual rigor, and questioning when breaking down and analyzing complex issues and framing approaches for potential solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum twelve years of recent relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: health strategy and transformation, organization design & effectiveness, target operating model strategy, competencies & skills development, performance management, workforce management & planning, go-to-market business development, and creation of new solutions.
- Preferred ten years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm; Big 4 experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; preferred concentrations include healthcare or business administration, information technology, biology and life sciences, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field; Master's degree from an accredited college or university a plus.
- Progressive experience leading teams managing projects, leading meetings, drafting status reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis, and design; project experiences consisting of WFM, Payer, and Provider; PBMs or Pharmacy experience a plus.
- Progressive experience with working on teams with some exposure to managing projects, leading meetings, drafting status reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis, and design; project experiences consist of clinical, quality, financial, information technology, and operational.
- Experience with handling, analyzing, and evaluating large data sets (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel, Access, Power BI) and Data Warehouse management along with Workforce Management, ideally UKG Dimensions.
- Proven performance leading strategic initiatives.
- Ability to travel as needed.
