Role Overview

As a key member of the Delivery team at Macquarie Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and delivering business outcomes. You will work closely with an agile team, including Product Owners, Architects, Data Managers, Technical Leads, Software Engineers, and Business Analysts, to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and collaborate with the team to ensure delivery is on track and meets quarterly team commitments.
  • Ensure transparency to stakeholders and validate outcomes against initiative success criteria.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters on capacity management and work with solution Product Owners on initiative financial actuals.
  • Drive quarterly and yearly reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Model a transformation and growth mindset, encouraging Agile ways of working across the data ecosystem, and work with Agile coaches to support personal and team maturity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3-7 years' experience in Delivery, Scrum, or Project Coordination.
  • Proven experience in implementing Agile methodology across an organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong delivery skills gained through project or implementation experience.
