Job Overview

MRINetwork Jobs is collaborating with a prominent manufacturer of inkjet technology that is broadening its operations across the nation. We are in search of Field Service Engineers / Technicians. This position is designed to be remote, allowing you to work from your home office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance on a variety of sophisticated printing systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Travel is required, with the expectation of being away from home at least 50% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with advanced printing machinery, including high-speed continuous feed inkjet, label inkjet, wide format inkjet, grand format inkjet, and digital presses.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or a suitable combination of education and relevant experience.
