Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team at KinderCare Education. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our children. You will implement our research-backed curriculum, build strong relationships with parents and colleagues, and contribute to the success of our center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team
  • Support the center's success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
