Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for selling, scheduling, and collecting payments from customers. You'll also represent Mr. Handyman at customer properties, trade shows, and other branding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Follow up with customers on open opportunities and leads, selling, scheduling, and collecting payments.
  • Outside Sales: Represent Mr. Handyman at customer properties, trade shows, and other branding opportunities.
  • Lead Management and Scheduling: Manage inbound and outbound customer communications, organizing work and schedules for our Service Professionals.
  • Project Management: Communicate with customers and Service Professionals to schedule projects and services efficiently and accurately.
Performance Metrics
  • Branding and Sales: Increase brand awareness, create new relationships, and sell new opportunities.
  • Quality of Work: Meet and exceed customer expectations at every touch point.
