Job Opportunity

Allied Supply Company, a leading wholesale distributor of Air Filtration, Control Systems, HVACR Parts/Equipment and Refrigeration Products, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and quotations in person or via phone, email, and fax.

• Act as a liaison between the customer, internal resources, and manufacturer.

• Provide technical support to customers and associates.

• Establish new customer contacts and increase sales to existing customer base.

• Emphasize service or product features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales orders.

• Provide support for Outside Sales Representatives.

• Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes.

• Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.

• Handle cancellations or changes in sales order and communicate changes with related departments.

• Coordinate with customer service on status of orders to ensure delivery commitment to the customer is met.

• Attend industry conferences to develop industry expertise and build network.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient level computer skills, experience with CSD & Outlook beneficial, but not required.

• Excellent sales skills.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Punctuality and excellent attendance history – must be dependable.

• Decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

• Mechanically inclined, general knowledge of Commercial/Residential HVACR systems preferred.

• Two years' experience in wholesale environment.

• Must be a self-starter.
