Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Business Operations Representative 3 to join our team at the University of Miami. This is a full-time position that requires strong administrative and communication skills to facilitate the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient expectations and resolve issues related to pre- and post-care
  • Obtain and review patient demographic information, insurance details, and referral numbers
  • Review clinical records for completeness and accuracy
  • Answer multiple phone lines, triage calls, and respond to inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems and improve workflow
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to University policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
