Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Lead to join our team at Deluxe Corporation. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the accounts receivable team and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable team, including cash application, billing, and customer service.
  • Analyze and resolve complex billing issues, collaborating with internal and external customers to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in the billing and cash application process.
  • Partner with the sales team to define billing requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Provide training and support to the offshore team on customer invoicing and new processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing, with a strong background in cash application processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of vendor portal processing and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
