We are committed to fostering a diverse workforce that mirrors the rich variety of the communities we serve. Our comprehensive benefits package includes extensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off, paid family leave, retirement contributions, regional holidays, and numerous opportunities for community engagement.

Our Vision
At Disability Solutions, our U.S. Program (USP) aims to provide equitable access to transformative opportunities, ensuring that race, ethnicity, and income do not dictate educational and economic outcomes. Our educational initiatives focus on empowering all students, particularly those from Black, Latinx, and low-income backgrounds, to obtain degrees or credentials that pave the way for successful careers. We also work collaboratively to enhance understanding and advancement of economic mobility, addressing the systemic barriers that hinder opportunity.

The USP Data Strategy is designed to enhance the education-to-workforce data ecosystem, equipping practitioners and policymakers with essential insights to monitor student progress and implement evidence-based reforms that improve outcomes for marginalized communities.

  • Monitoring grant and contract pipelines to manage budgets and deliver accurate forecasts, establishing processes to track performance against milestones.
  • Communicating strategy and progress narratives, including annual plans and execution strategies.
  • Facilitating process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency, identifying and addressing operational gaps.
  • Maintaining connections with various teams across the U.S. Program to maximize collaborative impact.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between program teams and business partners, ensuring effective communication regarding operational processes.
  • Designing and managing special projects to support team operations and programmatic investments.
  • Promoting inclusive practices to foster a work environment where all employees can thrive and contribute to our mission.

Your Qualifications

We seek individuals who are passionate about tackling complex challenges and collaboratively driving transformative change. Ideal candidates will possess:
