The collaboration between the Georgia Tech Athletic Association and Legends represents a pioneering initiative that integrates multimedia rights, premium seating, ticketing, annual fundraising, corporate hospitality, data analytics, and e-commerce into a unified relationship. This partnership aims to create engaging platforms for corporate partners and fans, ensuring the growth and success of Georgia Tech athletics.

Position Summary:

The Ticket Sales Representative plays a crucial role in generating revenue and achieving sales targets related to season, group, and premium ticket packages, as well as annual fundraising initiatives for Georgia Tech Athletics. We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive outlook and strong communication skills to support Georgia Tech's 17 varsity sports and over 400 student-athletes while identifying new donor prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offer a comprehensive range of seating options for Georgia Tech Football and Men's Basketball ticket packages.
  2. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers through prospecting, cold calling, and referrals.
  3. Schedule and execute in-stadium and out-of-office sales appointments.
  4. Manage a portfolio of over 500 season ticket members and annual fund donors.
  5. Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  6. Assist in managing existing pledges and payments from donors.
  7. Engage with donors through digital strategies, phone, and in-person outreach.
  8. Serve as a primary contact for general inquiries from athletics donors.
  9. Collaborate with Georgia Tech Athletics and Ticketing staff to promote events and enhance fan experiences.
  10. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales revenue goals.
  11. Be available to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and events.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-1 year of prior sales experience preferred
  • Experience in the sports and entertainment industry is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • A competitive spirit and a desire to excel in professional sports
