Sales Operations Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Operations Representative to join our team at StubHub. As a key member of our Seller Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring ticket fulfillment and providing top-level support to our global customers.
Key Responsibilities- Meet expected KPIs and make analytical, policy, and process-based decisions
- Challenge processes and bring ideas for continuous improvement
- Provide a strong quality-focused customer experience, giving quick, accurate, and friendly service, both internally and externally
- Take ownership and responsibility to get tasks completed on time
- Work on multiple tools, tasks, and ad hoc requests, as operationally required to meet our team KPIs
- Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and processes as we continue to optimize our team and reduce breakage
- Build lasting relationships with customers and other teams
- Bilingual or native fluency in Spanish
- Attention to detail and ability to look at the bigger picture, identifying patterns and flaws
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ownership and a strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions and suggest solutions
- Quick learner and ability to adapt to new technologies and tools
