Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Culinary Operations to oversee our food and beverage initiatives across the Americas at Ennismore. This pivotal role will entail managing our current food and beverage offerings while spearheading new projects in the region.

Based in a key location within the Americas, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing multiple properties, demonstrating both strategic insight and detailed operational expertise in food and beverage management. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders throughout the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and oversee food and beverage operations across our existing portfolio, currently comprising over 27 hotels and resorts with more than 40 food and beverage options.
  • Provide expert guidance to food and beverage operations requiring support.
  • Lead the development and launch of new food and beverage ventures, including menu creation, design, implementation, feasibility studies, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with the development team and Ennismore's in-house F&B studio on planning and executing new property openings and innovative concepts.
  • Ensure exceptional quality, service, and guest satisfaction across all dining outlets.
  • Implement best practices and innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the region.
  • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for food and beverage operations.
  • Analyze financial performance, enforce cost-control measures, and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to property-level food and beverage teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Actively contribute to talent development for current operations and future expansions.
  • Design and implement training programs to ensure consistent standards and practices.
  • Manage regional food and beverage leadership teams, establishing clear objectives and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, third-party operators, and vendors.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior food and beverage leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple properties and outlets.
  • Extensive experience in overseeing large-scale food and beverage operations, from standalone restaurants to all-inclusive resorts.
  • Strong understanding of pre-opening processes and the ability to ramp up operations across the region.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue generation.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a talent for inspiring and managing teams effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with team members, guests, and colleagues.
