Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Operations: Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing visual merchandising displays, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring efficient store operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Loss Prevention and Operational Programs: Oversee and monitor loss prevention and operational programs to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Store Management: Manage the daily activity of the sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office to ensure efficient store operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow-through skills. Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
  • Volume Responsibility: Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more.

  • Competitive Pay: Starting pay range of $23.25 to $29.70 per hour, which equates to approximately $57,947.37 to $74,023.09 annually.
