- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Loss Prevention and Operational Programs: Oversee and monitor loss prevention and operational programs to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Store Management: Manage the daily activity of the sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office to ensure efficient store operations.
- Experience: Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow-through skills. Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
- Volume Responsibility: Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more.
- Competitive Pay: Starting pay range of $23.25 to $29.70 per hour, which equates to approximately $57,947.37 to $74,023.09 annually.
