Job Overview

As a Store Manager at Feeders Pet Supply, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include managing store operations, supervising staff, and implementing customer service initiatives to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction to ensure store operations are aligned with our business culture of providing optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staffing requirements to meet sales objectives and work within payroll budget parameters.
  • Implement customer service requirements to ensure customers have a positive experience with Feeders Supply.
  • Manage staffing requirements to ensure adequate, trained employees to meet business needs, especially during peak or seasonal periods.
  • Responsible for hiring and training of all store personnel.
  • Responsible for preparing weekly store schedule and approving payroll hours.
  • Perform store merchandising activities and open/close store.

Working Environment:

  • This position requires working in both internal and external environments.
