We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at EF International Language Campuses. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our campus facilities, ensuring that all facilities are presented and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of campus facilities operations, including internal staff and external vendors.
- Maintenance and Repair: Ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and repaired, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and janitorial services.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for facilities operations and ensure that all expenses are within approved limits.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train internal staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Emergency Response: Respond to and resolve emergency situations, such as equipment failures or natural disasters.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as facilities management or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in facilities management.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certifications and Licenses: Valid California Driver's License and ability to clear a Criminal Background and Credit Check.
