ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an Embedded Sales Specialist to drive sales and promote the adoption of our embedded boards across various industries. As an Industrial Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in building and nurturing strong relationships with our valued customers. Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategic regional sales plans to enhance sales and foster customer loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic regional sales plans to drive sales and promote the adoption of our embedded boards.
Analyze market data to assess customer needs, pricing structures, and discount rates.
Direct channel development activities and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Advise dealers, distributors, and clients on effective sales and advertising techniques.
Lead product simplification and standardization efforts to eliminate unprofitable items from the sales line.
Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote our products.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to key clients in collaboration with sales representatives.
Meet with key clients to assist sales representatives in maintaining relationships and negotiating deals.
Act as a liaison between the sales department and other related units.
Monitor and control expenditures to align with budgetary requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to prepare manuals and technical publications.
Prepare periodic sales reports detailing sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion.
Monitor and evaluate competitive activities and product offerings.
Adhere to the Quality Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of computer hardware in the IT industry.
Experience with ODM / OEM design services is preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Capability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
Proficiency in writing speeches and articles for publication in accordance with prescribed styles and formats.
Strong presentation skills to convey information effectively to top management, public groups, and boards of directors.
Proficient in advanced mathematical concepts and their applications in analysis and reporting.
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Experience in hardware sales development and IPC work is preferred.
New business development experience is a must.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus to facilitate communication between HQ and international departments.
