Job Title: Design Project Manager

Clear Architecture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Project Manager to lead our residential design projects from pre-construction to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design process, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the pre-construction phase of residential design projects, including client communication, project scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Lead presentations of architectural designs and revisions to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication of project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in architecture or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in design project management, preferably in residential design.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, designers, and contractors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
