Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the design and construction of large-scale MEP-heavy specialty labs, data centers, or quantum computing facilities. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning, entitlements, design, through construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Make informed strategic decisions regarding project direction and prioritization to achieve successful outcomes.
• Work closely with internal team members to ensure project goals and deliverables are aligned with client's standards and guidelines, and user's business goals.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to handle multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
• Navigate planning, entitlements, design, and construction with end users efficiently and effectively.
• Align end user goals with design and construction objectives, providing guidance as needed to consultants and project teams to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, in managing design and construction of large-scale MEP infrastructure facilities, specialty labs, data centers, or similar.
• Managing large-scale projects exceeding $100 million in construction cost.
• Experience with heavy MEP infrastructure projects.
• Travel up to 20% to other sites in Southern California as needed.

• Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $165,000 annually.
