About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at The Clorox Company. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards related to GMP, production, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empowerment: Assist the Plant Maintenance Leader in developing and implementing training and development plans, ensuring all personnel meet training requirements and support skill progression.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations, addressing any safety concerns immediately.
  • Availability: Foster a positive teamwork environment and maintain excellent working relationships, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a production/operations facility.
  • Certification from a recognized technical institute or military experience preferred.
  • Strong demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
