Position Overview:
CareGard is seeking a skilled Risk Manager to lead our comprehensive insurance and risk management initiatives. The Risk Manager will be responsible for evaluating and identifying potential risks that may affect the organization's reputation, safety, security, or financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough risk assessments by gathering and analyzing relevant documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively identify and mitigate risks across various services and departments.
  • Review existing risk management policies and protocols; provide recommendations and execute necessary modifications and enhancements.
  • Advise on and implement risk management strategies, including insurance options, safety and security protocols, business continuity plans, and recovery measures.
  • Analyze metrics and data such as cash flow, inventory levels, breakage rates, and employee activities to detect potential fraudulent activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed risk reports and proposals to senior leadership and executive teams.
  • This position requires full onsite presence at our campus in Grapevine, TX.
